You can name your company (e.g., John Abraham Construction LTD.). If you don't choose a name, the registration number will be used as the name of your company (e.g., 1265168 Ontario LTD.). To learn more, read the help section.

To register a corporation in this province, a local provincial physical address is required where the government will send documents. If you do not have a physical address in this province, our agency provides address and mail scanning service.

Standard share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has one and single owner (shareholder). It allows to issue unlimited number of shares without naming any specific share class. It does not make any distinction between voting shares and non-voting shares.

Advanced share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has more than one owner and all the owners are family members (spouses, children, parents etc.). It allows to issue class A common voting and class B common non-voting share. This type of articles allows to issue common shares only and does not allow issuing preferred shares.

Custom share structure: Is commonly used when a corporation has more than one owner and any one of the owners are non-family members (relatives, friends, business partners). Shareholders can be individuals or other Businesses. Shares are assigned in terms of number, not in percentage. In most cases, each shareholder have one share. If you have multiple shareholders and want to assign in percentage. read the help section.
