A trademark application can be filed with specimens attached to it as described below, or you can submit your trademark application without specimens, and when you are ready you may submit a Statement of Use form to submit the required specimens to your trademark application at a later point in time.

The trademark owner is the person or persons who will be included on the trademark application when filed with the USPTO.

Individual owners can specify up to a maximum of four owners. Due to additional work required to process foreign applications, a foreign filing fee will be added for owners who reside outside of the US.
